Honest and Thorough. My Mom had an some lights coming on 11 Rav4, went to a few auto repair places in area who were overpriced (I use to work on cars many years ago). Spoke with Dan at Route 64 over phone while he was helping my Mom, who is older with medical issues. He was very competent and considerate, gave me an upfront competitive price to replace the part the others were going to replace. In addition, the caught a ground issue, asked to keep it another day to do addition tests, then asked if she was previously in car accident (which she was), the removed the grounds, cleaned off the paint, took car on test drives and fixed the ground issue as well (at no additional charge), picked up car next morning. Good honest service and a good price.
